Stephen, healthy meals enable a person to focus intention and explore the inner self honestly. Eating foods high in vibrations does not ensure a person is on track to realize enlightenment and avoiding high vibrational foods does not mean a person is a lost cause. The nature of one’s diet can support the efforts to raise awareness yet food choicesdo not do the job themselves. Kindness and compassion are heathy too.

@ Liara Covert:
Food choices do not do the job alone when a person is striving for higher vibration but it is certainly helpful. As you may know, I’ve been eating more raw foods (i.e. plant based foods) and these have help my body detox over the last several months. I went raw not to intentionally increase my vibration but to become a healthier and more natural food eater to complement my spiritual journey.

Food choices can certainly impact the direction and depth of a spiritual journey. The previous comment simply points out food does not have to play an integral role. For some human beings, food does not affect spiritual progress.
