Interesting you mention that 'RAWesome' eaters are almost angelic. I've read in the book of Genesis that before the 'fall' of man in the garden of Eden. Adam and Eve basically ate raw foods. They didn't eat meat until after 'sin'. So raw was God's intention from the beginning.

Awesome! That was a revealing and exciting interaction between Stephen and Philip! I find the conversation to be interesting and amazing. Every idea thrown by the two was such a great. I had learned something from the start until the last part of the interview. I wish it would have a part two.

It may be the way that you were brought up that got you into thinking that raw cannot be eaten right? But that is not always true. There are lots of foods out there that you can eat without even having to cook them. You may not find one in your place but there are surely lots of others in other places. If you want to try out some of them the best way would be to venture out into other places besides those that you have already been through.

Well, I love food but I’m not a fan of raw food. But upon reading your article about your interview and how the lives of so many raw food eaters have changed, I immediately got that thought of having raw foods for lunch. If raw foods would make me healthy then I should add that up to my diet.

I wish I came across this website three years ago. Philip is such an inspiration. I weigh 220 lbs and what I did was juice vegtables fresh everyday. No meat, no carbs, I lost 50 lbs and my skin is glowing! I want to be just like Philip and I want to make-over my entire life! Thank you for sharing your story!

Lance you said "Your journey is more than just weight loss, it’s one of hope!" this really gives people inspiration these days to achieve more.

Because when one tackles a big challenge and achieves success nothing seems impossible. As you said in this interview it really shows this concept.

I am supporting loving raw!

"People who adopt a raw food lifestyle (whether it’s 100 percent or some variation of it), tend to look like angels."

After beginning eating raw, i dont think i look like an angel yet... lol. BUT, i look especially focused and seem to get over my old problems of unabling to concentrate. Gastric issues and indigestion also seemed to be gone too.

HMMMM.
thanks
