It’s going GREAT. I need to post an update here, obviously but since you asked, I won the Divisional Level last week and am now advancing on to the District finals on the 18th.

Funny thing about this is that a good friend of mine is getting married on that day. I called and told them I have good news and bad news.

“Which one do you want to hear first?” I said.

“Give us the good news first” my friend replied.

“I won the Divisional Contest last Saturday!”

“GREAT, congratulations! What’s the bad news?”

“Well, guess what the date of the finals are?”

“The 18th of October?” he replied. (date of their wedding)

“Yes, that’s right.”

Almost immediately he surprised me with, “GO FOR IT!”

So there you have it.
