Gratitude has played a really big part in changing my life from that of victim to really enjoying and loving my world. When you are grateful, things look so much better. Some days the only thing you can find to be grateful about is that it isn't raining. Do you know how glorious it feels to stand with your eyes closed and look into the sunlight and just enjoy the feeling of warmth and light pouring into your body.
