When I gave my presentation to a group of engineers last week, I started off by telling them that although they’ve experienced much adversity on the job ranging from unreasonable people, next-to-impossible deadlines and on the job stress, nothing compared to the video below.

Hahahaha! That video never gets old. I like how you’ve related it to adversity.

I simply had to put that in there because it never fails to make me laugh. It also broke the ice at my seminar last week - the audience loved it. It’s simple things like this video that help change people’s perception of “what is.”

I too love this video. I have never seen anything like it. Talk about biting the foot that feeds you. Oh, wait a minute, that’s biting the hand that feels you, isn’t it. Thanks for adding the laugh to my already glorious day.

@Corinne: Indeed it does. Amazing how a simple video can be worth a thousand words. It never fails to make me giggle.
@Patricia: That’s actually a VERY GOOD analogy - “Biting the Hand That Feeds You.” I hadn’t thought of that! I used this video in the context of adversity that if we think we’re crazy with whatever is happening in our lives, nothing compares to that kind of craziness! But you added a new element to the video that never occurred to me! Very cool.

That video never stops being funny.
Interesting as it relates to adversity … we create our own a lot of the time, don’t you think?
Blessings,

It’s one of my favorite videos of all time. It has the power of a thousand words and literally unlimited ways to view it like “the biting the hand that feeds you” or “we’re not crazy compared to this!” Etc.
Thanks for stopping by!
