I certainly remember my struggle with pricing!  But nowadays I have no problem quoting what I've made public on my speaking website.  Interesting that you say pricing is a direct reflection of a person's self-esteem and confidence.  Not everyone will agree with that viewpoint because some might say they need to start at a low price when just starting out.

But then again, I've heard of people getting a start in a certain business and their fees were just as high as those who've been in the business for years and you know what?  They're doing great!

So perhaps your self esteem statement has merit.</description>
