The Boy Who Sees Through Sound

I came across a very inspiring article in People’s online magazine about Ben Underwood, a skinny 14 year old blind boy who functions independently by “seeing sounds.” It is a most incredible, inspiring story and I recommend you not only read the article but also click on the video link and see him in action.

Here’s the link:  The Boy Who Sees Through Sound

Enjoy and be inspired!

Wow! This boy and his mother are AMAZING!!!!!! This is the type of person I would love to meet. Ben Underwood! You are a hero to a lot of us who take for granted site. You have not only overcome site, but have achieved things that are unbelievable. I have a new hero. You, sir, are an awesome overcomer!

    @ SoonerJJ:

I’m glad you enjoyed learning about Ben Underwood. I was so inspired I simply had to tell the community at Adversity University about him. I wonder what he’s up to now that the video you saw was done a while ago?

I bet he’s doing even more amazing things!
